Privacy Policy

What TeaseMeet collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it and the choices you have.

This policy explains how TeaseMeet handles personal information when you use teasemeet.com and our video chat service. It should be read with our terms of service. Last updated: 28 October 2026.

What we collect

  • Account details you provide, such as the login method you choose and basic profile information.
  • Purchase information related to coins, such as what you bought and when. Card details are handled by our payment provider, not stored by us.
  • Device and usage data, such as browser type, approximate location from your IP address, pages viewed and how you use the service.
  • Messages and reports you send us, for example when you contact support or report a user.
  • Camera and microphone access. We ask your browser for permission so that live video and audio can be carried between you and the person you are matched with. You can revoke the permission in your browser at any time.

Why we use it

  • To run the service: matching, calls, coins and your account.
  • To keep people safe, including handling reports, enforcing the community guidelines and preventing fraud.
  • To understand how the site is used and to improve it.
  • To answer your messages and meet our legal obligations.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in and to remember simple preferences. We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people visit and where they leave, so we can fix what is confusing. Analytics events are about how the site is used, not about the content of your calls.

You can limit cookies in your browser settings. Some features may not work if you block them entirely.

Who we share data with

We share data with service providers who help us run TeaseMeet, such as hosting, payments and analytics, and only as needed for those services. We may disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect the safety of users and the service. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it. Records about reports and safety may be kept longer where needed to protect users.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to object to certain uses. To make a request, write to support[at]teasemeet.com (replace [at] with @), or use the contact page.

You choose what to say and show on a call, so please read our safety tips before you start.

Children

TeaseMeet is for adults and is not directed at anyone under 18. If you believe a minor is using the service, tell us through the contact page and we will act.
