Terms of Service

The plain-language rules for using TeaseMeet: who can join, how coins work, what is not allowed and how to reach us.

These terms apply when you use teasemeet.com and the TeaseMeet video chat service. By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it. Last updated: 28 October 2026.

1. Who can use TeaseMeet

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. You must be able to enter a binding agreement, and not be barred from using the service by law. We may ask you to confirm your age, and we may remove accounts that appear to belong to minors.

2. Your account and login

You can look around without an account. A quick login appears when you want to keep a conversation going or buy coins. Keep your login details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

3. How matches work

Matches pair you with another user who is online at the same time. We do not choose who you meet, and we cannot promise that a conversation will be pleasant or that anyone will be available at a given moment. You can skip a match, or report and block a user, at any time.

4. Coins and payments

Free matches are offered each day. Longer sessions and additional matches use coins. The cost is displayed before you spend, and we may change prices or free allowances from time to time. Coins have no value outside the service.

If a payment looks wrong or a purchase did not arrive, write to us through the contact page. Refund requests are considered case by case, and nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law where you live.

5. How you agree to behave

You agree to follow the community guidelines. In particular, you will not:

  • harass, threaten or discriminate against other users;
  • show or request nudity or sexual behaviour, or pressure anyone to do so;
  • ask for money, gifts or personal details, or run scams;
  • record, share or publish another person without permission;
  • use the service if you are under 18, or to find or approach minors;
  • post spam or advertising, or interfere with the service or other users' calls.

6. Content and conduct on calls

You are responsible for what you say and show on a call. We do not endorse what users say, and we are not responsible for it. Do not share anything you would not want repeated. Our safety tips explain how to stay in control.

7. Suspension and ending your use

We may warn, suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk, sometimes without notice. You can stop using the service at any time.

8. Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided as is. We try to keep it available and working, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for what other users do. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

10. Contact
